S. I. Tech Services support options

Monthly service contracts are available for these services:

• PatchWatch monitors your hardware* against the manufacturer's latest releases to stay securely current and patched
• VPN / Firewall hardware support options
• Content filtering to stop access to unauthorized web sites such as pornography or eBay.
• Network firewall log analysis is available on a monthly or per call basis
• PC hardware support contracts $75 per computer
  • Each contract entitles the customer to 2 hours phone support per month on any issue at all.
  • Phone support over the 2 hours per month are billable at the standard base rate
  • For issues that cannot be resolved over the phone contract customers travel time is waived
  • Should any on-site visit be required there is a 6 hour billable minimum at the standard base rate
